In order to take full advantage of this methodology make sure you use widgets (such as IPython's) to give control to the user. It should run all cells without errors in your local machine. The key component here is NBInteract but the other tools were necessary too.

MyBinder: To provide a server for the computations.

IPython Widgets: To give interactivity to the notebook.

NBInteract: To communicate with a JupyterHub Server.

You can provide a quick way to show the results with prior and posterior explanations without writing everything in a notebook.
